With twenty-four years in the jewelry industry, Greg Darcy parlays his comprehensive experience into creating a successful new Santa Rosa venue for discriminating shoppers of fine jewelry. From his extensive industry training he has gained expertise in all aspects of the jewelry business, including possessing a keen eye for finding exquisite, one-of-a-kind pieces, providing the best value without sacrificing quality, and running a well-managed retail store based on sound business practices and industry knowledge.

Terry Darcy (formerly Terry Stubbings) has spent the past two decades in local government management in California. Prior to her position as City Manager for the City of Cotati, Terry was the Assistant City Manager for the City of Santa Rosa. Since moving to the private sector Terry has provided consulting services to clients by creating public/private partnerships to address water and energy conservation. She has also assisted individuals and businesses secure solutions with governmental agencies. Terry’s favorite moments in life include spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and meeting new people.
“Greg and I made a decision some time ago to make Santa Rosa our home and to create a successful locally owned business that we could be proud of, pour our hearts into, and eventually hand down to our two sons – Douglas and Matthew.” Terry continued, “We believe in supporting the local community and other local businesses. Darcy's Fine Jewelers will donate 5% of our proceeds from May sales to the Santa Rosa Kidspree 2010, hosted by the Active 20-30 Santa Rosa #50 and the Active 20-30 Redwood Empire #1029 Clubs in Sonoma County.
Every year, the Santa Rosa Kidsspree event, hosted by Sonoma County Active 20-30 Clubs, takes more than 100 under-privileged Sonoma County children on a back-to-school shopping spree. Many of the children who have attended this event in the past experienced the chance to purchase their own clothes for the first time in their lives.
The Santa Rosa #50 and Redwood Empire #1029 Active 20-30 Clubs are local charitable organizations run by twenty to forty year-olds looking for a chance to give back to their community. The Santa Rosa #50 Club has been a fixture in Sonoma County for over eighty years.
