With more than twenty-five years in the jewelry industry, Greg Darcy has parlayed his comprehensive experience into a successful Santa Rosa venue for discriminating shoppers of fine jewelry. From his extensive industry training he has gained expertise in all aspects of the jewelry business, including possessing a keen talent for finding exquisite, one-of-a-kind pieces, providing the best value without sacrificing quality, and running a well-managed retail store based on sound business practices and industry knowledge.

"Greg and I made a commitment some time ago to make Santa Rosa our home and to create a successful locally owned business that we could be proud of, pour our hearts into, and eventually hand down to our two sons – Douglas and Matthew. The opening of Darcy’s Fine Jewelers is a continuation of our love affair with Sonoma County. In addition to her work at Darcy's Fine Jewelers, Terry provides consulting services in the areas of government affairs, public relations, marketing communications, and environmental and land use planning.  Prior to her entree into the private sector, Terry spent over two decades in local government management in California, concluding her public sector career as City Manager of Cotati. 

Supporting local independent businesses and charitable organizations that assist Sonoma County residents is especially important to Terry. She is an active member of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce’s Advocacy Council and the Sonoma County Alliance Board of Directors. She has served on the boards of the Luther Burbank Rose Parade and Festival, the American Philharmonic Association, and K.I.D.S. of Sonoma County, formerly Children’s Health Network.
